Jeff Lowe > Americana at Brand As my son questioned, the public "town square" which sits in the middle of the development, is owned by the city which would seem create a venue for public discourse. Perhaps a massive Cinco de Mayo event or an anti war protest would insert a bit of reality and all could see if freedom of speech and the right to gather hold any water at The Americana at Brand.
